Cutting

Uncoiling of galvanised, aluminised and iron coils up to 2.5 mm thick and 1500 mm wide, by in-line straightening with shear.

Storehouse

Automatic storage and handling.

Fully automatic management of the loading and unloading of material to and from the various plants. We have 254 drawers for the storage of sheets to be processed and the movement of semi-finished products to subsequent cycles.

Laser

The excellence of our 6kw fibre laser allows us to cut different materials from thin to thicker thicknesses. With a working range of 1500×4000 and served by an automatic loading/unloading system, it cuts pickled sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminium and copper of different thicknesses according to the shape and holes to be made.

Punching

We use a punching machine with an angle shear for processing stainless steel, copper and aluminium over a working range of 1500×4000 mm. Also connected to the automatic warehouse, it independently manages the processing, loading and unloading of material.

Panelling

The panelising machine enhances the potential of the bending sector: it is suitable for series processing of large batches and allows the production of any type of panel with a length between 350 and 2550 mm and a width between 160 and 2550 mm. It processes iron, aluminium and stainless steel up to 2 mm, and allows special folds that are impossible to perform on machines with standard equipment.

Bending

We are equipped with CNC press brakes, each with different power and length. Specialised personnel guarantee successful bending by taking care of routine maintenance and systematic updating of the machines’ numerical controls.

Calendering

Recently introduced, this 2-roller machine allows us to achieve very high precision in the circularity of the circular channel. It is ideal for handling large batches in short times and perfect for making circular channels of different diameters, varying from 150 mm to 1000 mm, depending on thickness and material.

Assembly

MIG and TIG welding of semi-finished products, assembly of parts by tacking or application of threaded inserts or rivets, polishing and finishing of parts in preparation for subsequent treatments are carried out.

Testing and Assembly

The assembly department ships the packaged product on a customer’s bill of materials, while the testing department operates in direct contact with production. The operators are constantly trained in the use of measuring instruments and specific procedures to be followed, ensuring meticulous control of all stages.

Specific checks can also be carried out on request.

With the help of our well-established network of qualified suppliers, we are able to offer a management service for surface treatments such as painting, galvanising, burnishing and phosphating.

Transport/Shipping

Thanks to our order management software, we are able to schedule shipments and guarantee punctual deliveries. The finished product is sorted by order and placed on pallets or other suitable containers, thereby optimising packaging and shipping. The ready goods are then sent to their destination via a network of qualified transporters.

Abbiamo da sempre vissuto con grande passione ogni momento della nostra giornata e continuiamo a farlo.

Tutto è partito da...

Renzo Tamellin che con la moglie Emilia Ceolato, fonda la Tamellin Renzo & Ceolato Emilia S.n.c. che nasce nel 1984 come carpenteria leggera specializzata nella produzione di parti lamierate per impianti di verniciatura, cabine a velo d’acqua, tunnel, forni e particolari accessori per conto di terzi.

La crescita

Nel corso degli anni l’azienda si consolida nel settore della lavorazione della lamiera ed entrano a far parte del team anche i tre figli: Daniela, Michele e Stefano Tamellin e si forma la FRATELLI TAMELLIN S.R.L.. 

Ognuno con la sua specializzazione, i fratelli Tamellin contribuiscono attivamente alla crescita dell’azienda puntando al miglioramento dei processi produttivi, alla formazione del personale e alla standardizzazione dei sistemi di controllo. L’azienda si trasforma, quindi, in una carpenteria complessa certificata in grado di eseguire progetti che soddisfano la creatività dei clienti.

About Us

Our History

We have always lived every moment of our day with great passion and continue to do so.

Everything started from

Renzo Tamellin, who with his wife Emilia Ceolato, founded Tamellin Renzo & Ceolato Emilia S.n.c. in 1984 as a light carpentry company specialising in the production of sheet metal parts for painting systems, water curtain booths, tunnels, ovens and special accessories for third parties.

La crescita

Over the years, the company consolidated in the sheet metal working sector and the three children: Daniela, Michele and Stefano Tamellin joined the team, forming FRATELLI TAMELLIN S.R.L..

Each with their own specialisation, the Tamellin siblings actively contribute to the company’s growth by focusing on improving production processes, staff training and standardising control systems. The company is thus transformed into a certified complex carpentry company capable of executing projects that satisfy customers’ creativity.
